What is creativity?

Creativity is the ability to generate new ideas, concepts, or solutions that are original, valuable, and meaningful. It involves thinking divergently, breaking away from conventional patterns, and exploring alternative perspectives. Creativity often involves combining existing elements in new ways or transforming ordinary things into something extraordinary. It is a fundamental human trait that enables individuals to imagine, invent, and innovate.

According to Encyclopedia Britannicacreativity is the ability to make or otherwise bring into existence something new, whether a new solution to a problem, a new method or device, or a new artistic object or form.
