An entrepreneurial competencies that I have is definetely my creativity. Not a general one but a very specific one: creativity when it comes to optimizing processes or reinventing them. As soon as I understand how a process is done and why it's done that way, I start brainstorming possible optimization, on different levels: it might be easiness, speed, less steps to achieve same goal, higher the quality. Then I start testing and comparing results. During tests I might get stuck, but this doesn't stop me, it boosts my creativity on finding new ways. Something I noticed about this, that we never stop optimizing, that's why I apply the "good enough" concept, by stopping at 80% good I feel satisfied and I manage to end things there.
This skills will be useful definetely during the brainstorming phases and/or the moment we will get stuck on something, I will be able to get creative and propose a possible solution.
This is one of the important skills that can be useful in these cases, because without it there wouldn't be no improvement. Imagine a world without creativity, no advancement at no level. Especially when it comes to being creative on finding a solution or optimizing a step, that currently totally works. If something works, hardly someone will try to change it, this doesn't happen in my case, because as soon as I spot an opportunity to optimize it I try and I learn.
