Entrepreneurial skills

If I was about to list some of the skills I have, that can be classified as entrepreneurial, I would name planning and management, vision, taking the initiative, learning through experience and partially also mobilising others and coping with uncertainty and risks. I mostly base this list on my previous experiences with organizing events and leading a student council.

I believe any skill can be useful in different situations. Sometimes the team needs a structure, sometimes it would be helpful to regain motivation. I hope some of my skills may help with defining the goal as well as possible. I also believe I will learn through experience how to effectively work in a team with long-distance members. Will to take the initiative is also crucial for such projects for every member as an active member is the most valuable one. Dividing work is much easier when people ask for certain tasks then when someone has to assign tasks to the members.

In my opinion in the combat against sustainable challenges ability to motivate others is one of the most important. Sometimes taking sustainable decisions might be uncomfortable, more expensive or just not what one wants at the point. Without motivation or vision, persuading people to unite and make sustainably a priority in their life would be almost impossible.
