Kick-of Week F2F/Virtual

1. Kick-Off Week Schedule

The kick-off week is a very important activity and can influence the success and the future development of the course and students project work. We present two examples of schedules:

1) Face-2-Face

2) Virtual

During this initial week, it is important that the students:

  • get familiar with the rules of the game,
  • form teams and get to know each other (Icebreaker activity and any other activities depending on the form (F2F/virtual),
  • get to know the industrial partners/companies - and have some time to ask questions about the real-life assignment,
  • get to know the coaches and experts,
  • prepare a Communication Canvas,
  • prepare a kick-off week final presentation to demonstrate that the teams understand their tasks.
